On this floor there is one primary bedroom with king sized bed and en suite full bath, plus a half bath accessed from the living space.
A second living room is on the top level, with day beds for lounging, TV, and a quiet reading nook overlooking the bay. Gorgeous vaulted wood beamed ceilings and a wall of windows afford plenty of natural light.

Two bedrooms at the west end of the house share 2 back-to-back bathrooms in a shared hallway -- one bathroom has a large corner shower stall and the other has a tub/shower combination. The larger of the 2 bedrooms has a king-size bed with sitting area and television, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. At the opposite end of the house and next to the kitchen is the 3rd and largest bedroom with 2 twin beds and a queen bed, as well as a wall-mounted television and a sofa.
